Refund policy

There is a NO RETURN policy, which means after you have received your items, no returns are accepted!

If you would like to cancel your order, your order needs to be cancelled within 2 hours after purchase. After the 2 hours have passed, you are no longer able to receive a refund! 

To start a refund, you can contact me at rovellsgco@gmail.com. If your refund is accepted and between the two hour purchase period, i’ll send you a refund confirmation, as well as instructions on how to go about the refund process. Items sent back to us without first

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

I will notify you  or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
