USAGE RIGHTS:
1. Grant of License:
- Rovell Gaither grants the Licensee (You) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SPW Wallet Pattern sewing pattern
- for both commercial and personal purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Permitted Uses:
- The Licensee (You) is permitted to use the Pattern to create handmade items for sale.
- The Licensee (You) may sell items made with the Pattern on a small scale.
- Attribution: The Licensee (You) is required to credit Rovell Gaither as the pattern designer on any product listings, tags, or promotional materials associated with items created using the Pattern.
- Personal Use: The Licensee (You) is also permitted to use the Pattern for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Prohibited Uses:
- Mass Production: The Licensee (You) is expressly prohibited from mass-producing items using the Pattern.
- Sub-Licensing: The Licensee (You) may not sublicense, sell, or distribute the Pattern to third parties.
4. Credit and Attribution:
- The Licensee (You) shall credit Rovell Gaither as the pattern designer in a visible and legible manner on all associated materials created using the Pattern.
5. No Modifications:
- The Licensee (You) may not modify, alter, or adapt the Pattern without the express written consent of Rovell Gaither .
6. Copyright and Ownership:
- Rovell Gaither retains all rights, title, and ownership of the Pattern and any associated intellectual property.
7. Failure to Comply:
- In the event of a breach of any terms outlined in this Agreement, including but not limited to unauthorized mass production, sublicensing, or failure to provide proper credit, the Licensor Rovell Gaither reserves the right to terminate this license. Legal action may be taken for damages resulting from non-compliance.
By purchasing and using this pattern for personal or commercial purposes, the Licensee (You) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
